To request a revision, log in to your Client Portal and click on Projects to view your complete project queue. Click on the project name and head over to the Messages tab. Type in the details and comments you would like to change in the Message box. Once submitted, the project will be transferred back to the queue and you will receive a response from our end. To keep your projects moving, your assigned writer will attend to your new revision requests first thing on the next business day.
If you would like to add more information or attach files after submitting your request for revision, you may do so. Communicate with your writer directly using the Message tab found inside the job order. To learn more about the Message tab feature, check out this article.
