You may request an unlimited number of projects each month, but we will only work on one project in the queue at a time. Depending on which plan you’re on, we will either work on 1 or 2 projects at a time. Need more output? Check out our Agency Plans.
Our guaranteed turnaround time is 1-3 business days. If there is a lengthy, more complex project that will require more time, your Project Manager will discuss it with you before we begin.
Depending on the task you request, we’ll have you complete an Intake form that will give us everything we need to get started and produce a great finished piece. It’s important to be thorough and clear on these forms, because the better and more thorough the information you give us, the better the finished outcome will be.

Choosing the plan to suit your needs will depend on a few different factors, including your projected output for the month, marketing goals, and capacity. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, digital marketing agency, business owner or part of a larger marketing team, Copy Ninjas has a plan to fit your needs. If you just need a project or two done each week, consider the Nidan Plan. Forecasting a heavier output? Then our Sensei Plan will be right for you. Here’s the best news – if you find you need to switch to a higher or lower package, you’re not locked in, and can make the change before your next billing date.
If you have a project in mind or have something you need us to start on right away, as soon as you get set up in your Client Portal (The Dojo), you can submit your project request. There’s no need to wait.
As part of your plan, you’ll be allowed unlimited revisions on each task you request. Any communication with our designer or writer will take place in your dedicated Client Portal (The Dojo). This way we can all track the conversations and projects, from start to finish.
Our Ninjas are carefully vetted, and we match the strength of a Ninja to a project. However, if one Ninja has been working on a specific client’s tasks and you like their output, we can ensure that those tasks are assigned to that Ninja each time.
Any project that you request is your property. You’ll be able to use it as you see fit; it’s yours to keep.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You can upgrade in your client portal or just contact us and let us know it’s time for an upgrade, and we’ll adjust your account.

We’d hate to see you go, but we get it – sometimes things happen. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your client portal or just let us know and we’ll initiate the cancellation before the next billing cycle. You’ll still be able to finish out the month and get in some last projects.
